Fun vintage hair accessory circa 1930s, this black polka dot celluloid barrette has lots of possibilities. It's a little girl look being a big bow, but of unusual celluloid material.The barrette itself is small. only 1 1/2", but the bow is 5" long. Its old but usable. Cute! Very lightweight.
